Preamble
In the interest of friendship, protection, and guidance The Hillbilly Coalition (hereby known as tHC) and The Tea Gang agree to the following protectorate agreement.
I. Sovereignty
tHC and The Tea Gang recognize each other as sovereign and separate alliances.
II. Peace and Respect
tHC and The Tea Gang will coexist in a state of peace. Neither alliance will attack the other militarily or verbally. All alliances will remain respectful towards each other at all times and any differences will be handled via private discussion.
III. Protection and Defense
An attack on The Tea Gang will be considered an attack on tHC. While not required, The Tea Gang may come to the defense of tHC at their choosing if the need for mutual defense is ever requested.
IV. Aid and Progress
tHC will assist The Tea Gang when we are able to help them grow as an alliance. tHC also will offer guidance for the success and growth and will offer The Tea Gang all the assistance and guidance that it can provide.
V. Aggression and Treaty Signing
The Tea Gang agrees to alert tHC if they have decided to go on the offensive towards another alliance within 48 hours of doing so. The Tea Gang will never declare war on another alliance without first discussing it with tHC leadership. The Tea Gang will also inform tHC 48 hours prior to signing any mutual level treaties.
VI. Cancellation and Possible Upgrade
Both parties agree to give each other 72-hour notice before canceling this treaty. Every 30 days the treaty will be reviewed and upgraded if necessary, depending on alliance growth and continued support between both parties.
