- Digital Dopamine and the Hillbilly Coalition are able to defend each other, provide economic or diplomatic help, if they choose to

- Digital Dopamine and the Hillbilly Coalition are able to participate in any offensives carried out by the other side, whether this is in the form of military or economic aid

- Digital Dopamine and the Hillbilly Coalition agree to not take actions that could harm the other, and to share information on any information that could do as much
