Presidents give the wrong leader bonus

I just noticed 2 presidents are giving the wrong leader bonus


PRESIDENT AIKO should be giveing 
Military points: +1%

Science Points: +2%

Money: +1%
but is instead giving Science points: +4%


PRESIDENT PAUL should be giveing Science points: +4%
but is instead giving
Military points: +1%

Science Points: +2%

Money: +1%

so it looks like their bonus's  are swapped
