After 14 days of inactivity, a nation is marked as inactive, and its buildings levels can be destroyed unlimited, no mateer if they are damaged or not.
After 30 days of inactivity, a nation gets hidden from the game, and does not participate in any way in the game. Account owner can log in any time and continue playing.
After 6 months of inactivity, a nation get either permanently deleted or comes back to the game as a Computer-controlled nation. Computer nations have a separate list, and Information about their current lootable resources and defensive troops is public and sortable. Computer do not attack human nations, they only defend. Players can stop wars against Computers at any time. Computer nations get periodically new troops and resources.

This would only serve to make it hard for people who quit the game to return to it. Which is bad for the game. Also I don't like converting player nations for exact same reason
